Our technicians in our On-Highway Truck Center perform repairs on-site or in our dedicated truck centre facility located at Wingfield which is open 7 days a week. Our field service vehicles are equipped with the latest equipment to enable us to perform on-site counterboring.
We carry a full range of Cat® truck engine parts, coolants and lubricants, as well as a dedicated truck engine repair facility. We have a team of trained technicians and support staff to provide professional product support for your truck engine business.
We are equipped and capable of performing complete “bumper to bumper” truck service for any make or model including general maintenance, capped price servicing, brake and suspension testing through to major repairs, engine overhauls and truck engine re-powers.
For larger repairs or specialist services, our dedicated truck centre facility is equipped with 10 service bays with service pits and remote lube systems and is stocked with genuine Cat® parts. It also features a large wash pad, dyno shed, bulk oil storage facility and a driver’s lounge for your convenience and comfort while you wait for repairs to be completed.
We also have the capability and equipment to perform:
- Engine evaluations on Dyno (Cat and non-Cat, blowby, horsepower, fuel pressure boost)
- Taylor 1000HP Chassis Dyno capable of single and dual axle operation
- Road speed limiter check (speed limiter certificate supplied)
- Caterpillar® Performance Analysis Reporting (P.A.R) – analysing wheel horsepower, engine horsepower, torque, fuel rate, boost pressure, fuel pressure, inlet/exhaust restriction
